FAQs

Your Questions Answered

Do you accept health insurance?

No. Stay Mobile Physical Therapy does not contract with any insurance companies in order to bill a flat rate for all services and provide patients with the care that they need. You may request a "super bill" for any services rendered if you choose to submit this to your commercial health insurance provider to request reimbursement for visit(s). Please note that this does not guarantee reimbursement.

What types of payments are accepted?

Stay Mobile Physical Therapy accepts most major credit cards as well as cash or check. If you have a health savings account, visits can be paid for directly with your HSA card.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

You do not need a referral to be seen. In the state of New Hampshire, Physical Therapy is a direct access service.

What are your COVID policies?

Your health and wellness is Stay Mobile Physical Therapy's top priority. Equipment is always properly cleaned and sanitized before and after every visit. We continue to update our policies based on CDC recommendations. Staff is fully vaccinated at this time. Therefore, if clients are also vaccinated there is no mask requirement. Should clients feel more comfortable wearing a mask our staff would be happy to also comply.

What's the difference between a physical therapy visit and a wellness visit?

Think of a wellness visit like preventative care. While some of us wait until something is wrong to seek treatment (a traditional physical therapy visit), there is great benefit from trying to prevent injuries before they occur.

Can I be seen if I live outside of the Manchester area?

Please reach out via the contact page or directly by e-mail to discuss your specific location. Stay Mobile Physical Therapy is more than willing to make reasonable accommodations when necessary.
