FAQs
Your Questions Answered
Do you accept health insurance?
No. Stay Mobile Physical Therapy does not contract with any insurance companies in order to bill a flat rate for all services and provide patients with the care that they need. You may request a "super bill" for any services rendered if you choose to submit this to your commercial health insurance provider to request reimbursement for visit(s). Please note that this does not guarantee reimbursement.
What types of payments are accepted?
Stay Mobile Physical Therapy accepts most major credit cards as well as cash or check. If you have a health savings account or flexible spending account, visits can be paid for directly with your HSA or FSA card.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You do not need a referral to be seen. In the state of New Hampshire, Physical Therapy is a direct access service.
Do you see patients at home or in your clinic?
Both! Stay Mobile Physical Therapy offers a flexible selection of appointment types so that you can choose the most convenient location to be seen. We have a private office space in Londonderry, NH, with access to top-of-the-line fitness equipment inside Rockingham CrossFit, but we also see clients at their desired location.
What's the difference between a physical therapy visit and a wellness visit?
Think of a wellness visit like preventative care. While some of us wait until something is wrong to seek treatment (a traditional physical therapy visit), there is great benefit from trying to prevent injuries before they occur. Many clients book wellness visits consistently for services that they like, such as dry needling, manual lymphatic drainage, etc.
Can I be seen if I live outside of the listed service area?
Please reach out via the contact page or directly by e-mail to discuss your specific location. Stay Mobile Physical Therapy is more than willing to make reasonable accommodations when necessary.
