How We Treat
Evaluation & Assessment of Current Condition
In order to effectively treat your injury a thorough evaluation will be performed. A detailed history of your current complaints will be taken and you will be asked about other medical conditions you may have. Your therapist will then take several objective measurements to see where your impairments may lie. After the information is gathered we'll discuss the results and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Effective Treatments
We will work together to find the effective combination of treatment techniques to get you feeling better. Treatment interventions may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (soft-tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization, kinesiotaping), gait training (how to safely use adaptive equipment such as canes, walkers, crutches) and more!
Wellness Services
Don't wait for an injury or other condition to occur. Prevent it with a wellness visit. Wellness treatments include any components that cannot be billed under a typical physical therapy plan of care. For example: dry needling for the sake of injury prevention or strength training for the sake of improving one's fitness.
